THIS UPDATE FIXES A MAJOR SECURITY HOLE,
AND ALL R5 USERS SHOULD DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE APPROPRIATE UPDATER!

PowerPC

Personal Edition

5.0.1 Updater (7.5M)
5.0.1 to 5.0.3 Updater (251K)

( Personal Edition Users will need to install both updates, if they have not yet updated to 5.0.1 )

BinkJet Update 2.5 Now Available!

TyCom Systems is pleased to announce that owners of BeOS Pro Release 5 can now upgrade the BinkJet driver to release 2.5!

This updater is primarily for use if you have the registered BinkJet driver through an offer such as the BeOS 5 Pro.

This updater will not work with the demo version of the driver.

The BinkJet Update 2.5 comes in two flavors! Be sure to choose the one that's right for you:

x86 (Intel)
BinkJet Updater 2.0 to 2.5 revision 1.0 (899Kb Zip file)

PowerPC
BinkJet Updater 2.0 to 2.5 revision 1.0 (836Kb Zip file)

Step by Step instructions for the BinkJet v2.5 updater.

From Tracker double click the "BUILD BINKJET 2.5 INSTALLER".
Answer yes when asked to generate the installer now?
When told that the BinkJet v2.5 installer has been built click "OK".
Double click the newly generated file called "binkjet25-reg-x86.zip"
Hit the "Expand" button in the "Expand-O-Matic" window.
Now open the new folder called "binkjet25-reg-x86.
In the newly opened window double click the "INSTALL" icon and installation will proceed as usual from this point.

Congratulations! You should now have BinkJet v2.5 installed on your system.
